Assembler – Production & Process Operations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our continuous production environment. You will operate and set up automatic or semi‑automatic machinery, ensuring that all processes meet strict production specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semi‑automatic machines in a continuous production line.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures and pressures to guarantee compliance with process specifications.
• Follow engineering drawings, work orders, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures and SOPs throughout the manufacturing process.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair and dismantle machinery according to documented procedures, layout plans and blueprints.
• Perform set‑up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts and electrical/electronic systems using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and other equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and SOPs.
• Experience operating and maintaining production machinery.
• Proficiency in installing, modifying and troubleshooting equipment.
• Capability to perform calibration, testing and detailed assembly tasks.
• Attention to safety and adherence to production guidelines.

Required skills

• Use of hand tools and power tools.
• Working with jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous assembly equipment.
• Monitoring and adjusting meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperature and pressure controls.
• Calibration and testing of circuits, components and mechanical assemblies.
• Reading and applying engineering drawings, layout plans and SOPs.
