Beauty Account Manager – TikTok Shop

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Beauty Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s Munich team. You will drive the growth of the beauty category on our e‑commerce platform, connecting merchants, creators and shoppers through engaging short‑form content.

Key responsibilities

• Map the beauty category landscape, identify priority sub‑segments and define a development roadmap.
• Acquire and onboard new beauty partners, propose business models, and create mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Plan, execute and monitor category performance, ensuring sustainable growth for partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partner content creation on the platform.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives that strengthen the beauty ecosystem.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, account management or user acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a client‑facing background.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Understanding of social content formats, especially livestream and short‑video.
