Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German/English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact for our German‑ and English‑speaking buyers. You will handle email inquiries, resolve post‑sales issues, and work closely with Technical Support Engineers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to buyer emails, accurately addressing inquiries, complaints and post‑sales product issues.
• Provide timely feedback, conduct statistical analysis of queries and collaborate with relevant departments to drive product optimisation and upgrades.
• Continuously review and improve work processes and methodologies to deliver professional service and enhance user experience.
• Assist Technical Support Engineers in resolving technical problems reported by customers.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong ability to quickly understand customer emails and draft clear, concise responses.
• High learning agility, capable of identifying, analysing and summarising problems.
• Diligent, proactive, patient and highly responsible.
• Effective team player with solid interpersonal skills.
