Customer Care Specialist – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Join Perk’s Customer Care team as a Customer Care Specialist focused on finance and accounting. You will handle inquiries from European customers, provide accurate support, and act as the first point of contact for operational knowledge of our software.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing accurate information and following up as needed.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Own incoming requests, creating tickets for internal organization.
• Track and resolve recorded incidents or bugs.
• Handle customer inquiries for Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe.
• Serve as the internal first point of contact for operational use of the software.

Required profile

• Background in finance and/or accounting is a strong plus.
• Operational experience with high turnover of external customer inquiries and internal clarifications is a plus.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks at a high frequency.
• Structured and detail‑oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
