Customer Service Specialist – France Region (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join a global, sustainability‑focused organization as a Customer Service Specialist for the France region. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and managing the full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own a dedicated customer portfolio in collaboration with the assigned Sales Manager.
• Provide professional support across multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Process orders efficiently, coordinating delivery planning, inventory monitoring, and quota management.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers about order and supply status.
• Assist customers with basic sustainability and product‑related questions.
• Gather market insights from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• At least two years of customer service experience in a multinational environment.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, accurate, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong collaborative mindset, sharing and receiving information effectively.
