Customer Support Agent – French Speaking

About the role

Distribusion is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent to join its Operations team. You will handle English and French inquiries from partners and users, ensuring smooth booking experiences across its global ground‑transport marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming English and French requests via email, live chat, and phone, covering bookings, fraud, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with tech, product, retail, and finance teams to resolve partner inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and drive process improvements, advocating for feature enhancements that increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Solid experience in customer service, preferably with partner relationship management.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems by interpreting logs, reading API request/response data, and writing SQL queries.
• Strong communication and networking skills to build lasting partner relationships.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives with shifting priorities.
