Cybersecurity Coordinator – Secure Software & ISMS

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Coordinator to lead the protection of our software architectures and business processes in a high‑tech environment. You will act as the bridge between development teams, management, and regulatory bodies, ensuring that security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support developers in designing secure software architectures, especially to meet the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements.
• Integrate security requirements into the software development process, conduct risk analyses, and assess security aspects of projects.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve an ISMS based on ISO 27001, identifying gaps and defining protective measures.
• Create and update security policies, monitor compliance, and coordinate incident investigations.
• Advise senior management on information‑security status and perform internal security audits.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Software Engineering or comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of information security, IT infrastructures and relevant standards such as ISO 27001.
• Interest in regulatory frameworks like the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Basic programming knowledge and good understanding of business processes.
• Analytical mindset, high confidentiality, and ability to work closely with top management.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.
