Data Operations Analyst (m/f/d)

About the role

Adsquare is looking for a Data Operations Analyst who blends data analysis with engineering to automate and scale data workflows. The role focuses on building robust, AI‑enhanced pipelines that reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation workflows on modern cloud infrastructure and AI tools to minimise manual work.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance and freshness.
• Own end‑to‑end data projects, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Partnerships to manage dependencies and priorities.
• Coordinate taxonomy updates and data package roll‑outs, guaranteeing seamless data syndication to external platforms.
• Translate complex data trends into clear visualisations and strategic insights for technical and commercial audiences.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
• Proactive problem‑solver who actively seeks bottlenecks and builds scalable solutions.
• Strong project‑management abilities to scope work packages and align cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• SQL
• Python
• dbt and ELT workflow design
• Cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP and Snowflake
• Data orchestration tools (Dagster, Prefect, Airflow, n8n)
• API integration (experience with dlt or Airbyte is a plus)
• Agentic coding tools for solution architecture
• Open‑source or modern BI tools (Metabase, Preset, Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI)
• Data monitoring and quality‑control mechanisms
