Data Scientist

About the role

LuxExperience is looking for a Data Scientist to partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders, delivering smart data automations and actionable insights that drive decision‑making across the luxury e‑commerce group.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into automated data products.
• Work alongside software developers to build and maintain production‑grade applications for data and models.
• Write clean, scalable code and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements for the Data Science team.
• Train, deploy, monitor, and maintain machine‑learning, recommendation and Generative AI models in production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience with at least five models successfully deployed in production.
• Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, probability and linear regression.
• Solid understanding of core machine‑learning algorithms such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forests and clustering.
