Experienced Consultant – Service Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Consultant to join our Operations Practice in Europe. You will work directly with clients in service‑oriented industries to shape digital agendas, design next‑generation operational models, and drive end‑to‑end transformation using analytics, robotics, and agile methods.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client challenges, formulate hypotheses, and conduct rigorous analyses.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and strategic roadmaps.
• Design and implement digital service‑operations solutions, including advanced analytics and robotic process automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop technology and process roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or operational transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex problems.
