FMCG Account Manager – Food, Beverage & Nutrition (Munich)

About the role

As an FMCG Account Manager for TikTok Shop, you will drive the acquisition and commercial incubation of new food, beverage and nutrition sellers on our platform. Based in Munich, you will work closely with partners to accelerate revenue growth and build a sustainable ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Map the FMCG category landscape, identify priority segments and define a clear roadmap for long‑tail partners.
• Plan, execute and monitor category performance, ensuring all KPIs are achieved.
• Identify high‑value partners, design onboarding solutions and create mid‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partners’ content creation and campaign execution.
• Lead internal projects such as product launches, B2B marketing initiatives and ecosystem‑wide campaigns.
• Propose initiatives to continuously improve competitive advantage in the FMCG space.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in business development, account management or a related field.
• Strong network and deep knowledge of the German FMCG industry, especially food, beverages and nutrition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
• Fluent German for effective stakeholder communication.
