Founder's Associate Intern – Product Development

About the role

As a Founder's Associate Intern you will work directly with the VP of Engineering and the CEO to support the Product Development team. The role combines data‑driven analysis, reporting, and operational support in a fast‑growing European startup.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business‑critical presentations for founders, VPs, investors and external stakeholders.
• Set up, maintain and enhance recurring analyses to give the executive team visibility into business performance.
• Build lightweight internal AI tools and automations using Claude to reduce manual reporting work.
• Transform raw data from BigQuery, Linear and Notion into board‑ready narratives, decks and reports.
• Collaborate with VPs on project management, staffing models and direction setting.
• Run ad‑hoc analyses and research as needed.
• Establish processes and best practices to improve organisational maturity.
• Support company events such as offsites, team gatherings and hackathons.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced environments such as consulting, venture capital or high‑growth startups.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Highly structured, proactive and able to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent English writing and conversational skills.
• Integrity, responsibility and a collaborative attitude.
