French‑Speaking Technical Sales Representative

About the role

Formlabs is looking for a French‑speaking Technical Sales Representative to join its Direct Sales team in Berlin. You will help customers across design, engineering, manufacturing and medical sectors adopt cutting‑edge 3D printing solutions, while receiving world‑class onboarding and training.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive onboarding covering 3D printing technology, engineering problem‑solving and sales coaching.
• Understand customer demand and consult on additive manufacturing solutions using a solution‑oriented approach.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, follow up on inbound inquiries via phone and email.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, assess up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities, and drive product usage.
• Coordinate regular touch points with customers to align needs with sales growth.
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows, onsite events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with key decision makers to develop tailored solutions that generate sales results.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and tech‑savvy individual who enjoys interfacing with clients.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Berlin, with potential temporary rotation to the US.

Required skills

• Fluent French language proficiency.
• Knowledge of 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies.
• Technical sales and consultative selling experience.
