Moose Knuckles is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join its Berlin boutique. The role focuses on delivering an authentic, high‑touch retail experience that reflects the brand’s luxury heritage and inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with genuine conversation and personalized clienteling.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and guide shoppers through the purchase journey.
• Process large transactions accurately and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Capture customer information for follow‑up communications and email campaigns.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and restock the sales floor during downtime.
• Uphold diversity and inclusion principles in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Previous experience in mid‑luxury or luxury retail environments.
• Strong product knowledge, especially of jackets and outerwear.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and prioritize customer needs.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to support colleagues and share sales opportunities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling high‑value transactions.
