Global People Business Partner

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking an experienced Global People Business Partner to shape and scale its people strategy across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving cultural impact, operational excellence, and high‑performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive People functions for assigned client groups, including manager enablement, workforce planning, change management, analytics, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Identify development needs through regular evaluations and partner with managers to implement strategies that improve performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Provide guidance on total rewards, leveling, employee engagement, culture development, organizational design, change management, communications, and people development.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for performance, development, and advancement.
• Support ad‑hoc People or general operations initiatives as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or a Generalist role within a fast‑moving environment.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and influence across the organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workforce planning and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on building high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Experience with performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations processes.
• Knowledge of total rewards, organizational design, and change management methodologies.
