Global QA Vendor Specialist

About the role

Myonex is seeking a Global QA Vendor Specialist to lead its worldwide supplier quality programme. You will ensure that our vendor network meets the highest standards of quality, compliance and performance across clinical and commercial supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualification activities and maintain the approved vendor list.
• Plan, coordinate and lead vendor audits and technical agreement negotiations.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Procurement and Project Management teams across multiple countries.
• Support the rollout of a new vendor management system.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) and German or French depending on location.
• 5+ years of experience in a GMDP‑compliant pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
