Graphic Designer – Lead EMEA Creative Studio

About the role

Planet is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead its EMEA Creative Studio. Based in Berlin, you will bridge global marketing strategy with regional execution, shaping visual narratives for an AI‑driven Earth observation leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Creative Studio, translating high‑level global marketing strategies into localized visual assets.
• Produce multi‑channel content such as digital ads, email campaigns, trade‑show booths, and environmental graphics.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing Directors, specialist teams, and channel partners to support growth campaigns and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve Planet’s visual language, ensuring brand consistency across all regional touchpoints.
• Provide regional sales teams with localized collateral, messaging, and account‑based marketing assets.

Required profile

• Experience leading a creative studio or design team in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong understanding of brand stewardship and ability to adapt global identity for regional markets.
• Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders.
• Willingness to work hybrid, attending the Berlin office three days per week.
