HR Business Partner – Global Employee Success

About the role

AllCloud is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its global Employee Success team. Reporting to the Director of HR in EMEA, you will support the German team and collaborate across all regions to shape a strong organisational culture and drive employee success.

Key responsibilities

• Build business partnerships by advising managers and employees on organisational and cultural matters.
• Identify organisational needs proactively and design solutions that support growth and scalability.
• Implement strategic HR processes, policies, procedures and systems.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, conducting organisational analysis and partnering with business units.
• Provide guidance on employee‑relations topics such as performance, talent development, team building and organisational changes.
• Coach managers to foster career development, identify training needs and drive talent‑management programmes.
• Collaborate with the global Employee Success team to ensure a consistent employee experience worldwide.
• Partner with finance, legal and other functions to execute Employee Success programs and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in an HR business partnership role, preferably within high‑tech, startup, professional services or consultancy environments.
• At least 3 years of experience working with global teams.
• Proven ability to work with senior technical leadership end‑to‑end.
• Strong judgment and capacity to make independent decisions.
