HR Generalist – Fixed-Term (18 months)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract to support employee matters and manage administrative HR processes in close cooperation with our HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and review HR‑relevant documents across the full HR value chain.
• Handle administrative HR tasks such as contracts, certifications, entries and exits, transfers, sick leave, salary adjustments and personnel file maintenance.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries.
• Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems such as Workday or Atoss.
• Develop standard HR reports and prepare job references.
• Support ad‑hoc requests and onboarding of new employees.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Several years of HR experience with a completed apprenticeship or a university degree in business administration or a related field.
• Preferably experience in payroll and labour law.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS‑Office and a solution‑oriented, hands‑on attitude.
• High commitment, team orientation and ability to execute efficiently.
