HR Specialist (m/f/d) – Frankfurt, Hybrid

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global private equity firm to create a brand‑new HR Specialist position supporting its German operations. The role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape HR services for a fast‑growing international business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for Germany, managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Handle employee relations, HR operations, compliance, compensation & benefits, recruitment and workforce planning.
• Partner with managers, employees and external providers to deliver a first‑class HR service.
• Support the development of an engaging, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of German employment law.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgement and discretion with confidential matters.

• Advanced MS Office skills
