职位概况

我们正在为全球智能储能解决方案制造商 SAJ 招聘人力资源专员，负责招聘全流程及日常人事运营，支持欧洲团队的持续发展。

主要职责

负责招聘需求沟通、职位发布、简历筛选、面试协调、Offer 跟进及入职推进。
办理员工入职、离职、试用期跟进、信息维护及档案管理，确保员工体验顺畅。
维护招聘进度、员工信息及人事资料的准确性和及时性。
作为员工与公司之间的沟通窗口，处理日常 HR 咨询、员工关怀及跨团队协调。
参与培训支持、雇主品牌建设、招聘渠道维护及团队活动等 HR 项目。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、商务管理等相关专业优先。
1 年以上人力资源工作经验，具备招聘实操经验者优先。
熟悉基础招聘流程及常用招聘渠道，具备良好的执行力、沟通协调能力和多任务处理能力。
具备责任心、逻辑思维清晰，能够适应快速发展的国际化业务环境。

必备技能

德语和英语流利，可作为工作语言。
中文沟通能力佳，掌握其他欧洲语言者优先。
