International Learning & Development Manager

About the role

As the International Learning & Development Manager you will partner with the Director People Experience to bring Montblanc’s learning strategy to life across the global organisation. Based at the Hamburg headquarters, you will design, implement and facilitate learning solutions that support business priorities and foster a lifelong learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences, including e‑learnings, workshops, blended formats and webinars aligned with the competency model and business needs.
• Facilitate training sessions and co‑development formats for diverse target groups across the company.
• Collaborate with Richemont Group, HR Business Partners and local HR teams to adapt and deploy learning initiatives regionally.
• Develop and maintain digital learning assets, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning catalogue.
• Identify innovative learning methods, external partners and emerging trends to keep the offering future‑focused.
• Monitor programme effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a closely related field.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning solutions in an international, matrix environment.
• Certified coach and/or trainer preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.
