International Rewards & Performance Manager

About the role

Join Montblanc’s global HR team as the International Rewards & Performance Manager. Based at our Hamburg headquarters, you will help shape the company’s strategic agenda by designing and implementing cutting‑edge reward practices and fostering a high‑performance culture across the Maison.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with Richemont Group standards.
• Lead salary reviews, bonus programs, long‑term incentive plans and other compensation processes.
• Partner with markets and HQ departments to advise on rewards matters, adapting solutions to local business priorities.
• Provide benchmarks, trend analyses and competitive positioning insights.
• Drive rewards‑related projects such as commission‑scheme alignment and equal‑pay initiatives.
• Continuously assess benefits competitiveness and share best practices.
• Support performance‑review cycles in collaboration with talent, learning and development teams.
• Supply data‑driven insights for compensation and staff‑cost decisions together with HR Controlling.
• Coordinate international assignee mobility strategy with Group HR.

Required profile

• University Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in rewards, compensation or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
