IT Support Technician – Munich

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT department in Munich. In this position you will provide first‑line technical assistance and help maintain the IT infrastructure for our fast‑growing international collectibles business.

Key responsibilities

• Answer Help Desk calls and emails, create and track tickets.
• Monitor and resolve support cases submitted via email and web portal.
• Set up and maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Create and update IT documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of large‑scale IT projects.
• Document maintenance work and incidents.
• Provide technical support to both local and remote office users.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal communication, able to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet overlapping deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to trade shows.

Required skills

• Support of Windows operating systems.
• Support of macOS devices.
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and servers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with standard packaged software solutions.
