IT Working Student – Internal IT Support

About the role

Kertos is looking for a motivated working student to join its internal IT team. You will help keep the office’s technology running smoothly, supporting colleagues with hardware, software and access issues while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing compliance startup.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for software, laptop and peripheral issues.
• Set up new devices, maintain the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and track hardware inventory.
• Manage user accounts, tool access and off‑boarding procedures.
• Document IT processes and keep the internal knowledge base up to date.
• Assist with cybersecurity tasks such as MDM configuration and endpoint protection (e.g., CrowdStrike) when interested.

Required profile

• Available 15–20 hours per week for a long‑term working‑student contract.
• Familiar with common operating systems, software installation and basic networking.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tickets, work independently and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Startup mindset, proactive communication; German language skills are a plus but not required.
