Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

PAIR Finance is looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Berlin headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for Italian‑market consumers, clients and third parties, handling inquiries across multiple channels while using AI‑enabled tools to ensure compliance and high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing collection processes.
• Document every interaction precisely in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Use AI‑assisted platforms to maintain compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Empathetic communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI‑assisted applications.
