About the role
As the Office Manager for Lenovo in Stuttgart, you will be the central hub that keeps daily office life running smoothly. You will support the local team and collaborate with colleagues across the DACH region, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute DACH manager meetings, business summits, kick‑offs, watch parties and executive events.
- Manage all logistics, stakeholder communication and detailed follow‑up for each event.
- Oversee office moves, space optimisation and collaboration with landlords and service providers.
- Handle fleet management and e‑mobility projects.
- Maintain a professional, friendly environment for all employees and visitors.
Required profile
- Hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Solution‑oriented, customer‑focused communication in German and English.
- Independent, structured work style with proactive problem‑solving.
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or a related field; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
