Operations Manager – Fast‑Growing HealthTech Startup

About the role

This hands‑on Operations Manager role sits at the inflection point of growth for a fast‑growing consumer healthtech company. You will work directly with the founders, without intermediate management layers, to keep the business humming as it scales.

Key responsibilities

• Run core operational processes reliably on a day‑to‑day basis, keeping the business humming as it scales.
• Execute pragmatically – if something needs doing today, you get it done today.
• Separate the critical few priorities from the noise and act on what truly matters.
• Build processes, SOPs and automations so that rising volume does not require rising headcount.
• Set up KPIs and dashboards that surface problems before customers notice them.
• Partner directly with the founders across all operational domains.

Required profile

• 3+ years running core operational processes at a fast‑growing startup, consumer, e‑commerce, marketplace or healthcare company.
• Track record of building and deploying processes, SOPs or automations that eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Hands‑on experience with no‑code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Airtable, and/or AI‑driven workflows.
• Strong proficiency with KPIs, dashboards and spreadsheet‑based analysis.
• Generalist operational background with direct execution across multiple domains.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.

What we offer

• Base salary of €60,000 – €95,000 per year, depending on seniority, plus equity.
• No visa sponsorship; local work authorization for Germany is required.
