Part‑time Communications Associate (60%)

About the role

Redalpine is a European venture‑capital firm backing category‑defining startups. We are looking for a proactive, part‑time Communications Associate (60%) to shape how the firm and its portfolio companies are presented to founders, investors and the wider ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Redalpine’s communication strategy across channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and experimental platforms.
• Produce compelling content – blog posts, portfolio announcements, website copy and partner thought‑leadership pieces.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver events ranging from intimate founder‑LP gatherings to large ecosystem conferences.
• Create visual assets using Canva or Photoshop to support campaigns and brand moments.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and continuously optimise communication tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in communications, marketing or a related field, preferably in startup, tech, VC or finance environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus.
• Self‑directed, organised and comfortable setting your own agenda without close supervision.
