Production Worker – Manufacturing & Mixing

About the role

Join our production team at CAPOL, part of the Freudenberg Group, and help create high‑quality natural colors, flavors and specialty coatings for the global food industry. You will work on a modern manufacturing line in Böblingen, ensuring that raw materials are accurately mixed, processed and packaged according to strict formulas and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh and mix raw materials following the prescribed formula and work instructions.
• Restock the production warehouse promptly, applying a first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) principle.
• Report any raw‑material or container shortages to production management.
• Sample and label retention samples as required.
• Fill the manufactured product according to the filling order and safety checks.
• Clean used containers and equipment following established procedures.
• Transport filled containers to the shipping area.

Required profile

• Strong teamwork orientation and flexibility.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Good written and spoken German.
• Physical stamina and reliability for repetitive tasks.
• Versatility to handle a variety of production duties.
