Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive projects from initiation to delivery, supporting pre‑sales planning and ensuring successful customer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑sales planning and bid support, including drafting bid project plans, conducting bid evaluations, and delivering presentations.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the department.
• Plan, organize and lead the entire project following the company’s project management process, covering scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Monitor project objectives and ensure final customer acceptance and sign‑off.
• Organize cross‑functional teams to conduct project retrospectives, capture knowledge and facilitate internal training.
• Develop project plans, manage resource allocation and utilization.
• Own the delivery schedule, promptly identify and report issues and risks, propose solutions and track resolution.

Required profile

• Ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and conducting retrospectives.
• Strong capability to identify, report and resolve project issues and risks.
