Regional HR Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Regional HR Manager will lead the human‑resources function across the EMEA region, acting as the bridge between LMI’s global culture and local practices. Reporting to the Director of HR at headquarters, the role partners with regional leaders and sits on the EMEA Regional Management Team to shape people strategy as the company grows organically and through M&A.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee localisation and administration of benefits, compensation and healthcare plans in line with global frameworks.
• Drive full‑cycle recruitment, talent pipeline development and onboarding with support from the HQ recruitment team.
• Manage employee experience programmes including performance management, career pathing, training and off‑boarding.
• Provide strategic HR partnership to regional leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and talent development.
• Represent HR on the Regional Management Team, influencing business strategy and culture.
• Support merger and acquisition activities – due diligence, talent assessment and post‑deal integration.
• Champion DEI initiatives and ensure compliance with regional employment legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a multinational, fast‑paced technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws, compensation practices and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
