Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

GlassDollar is looking for a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel. You will work closely with the Head of Growth to design and execute outbound campaigns that turn cold outreach into qualified conversations and pipeline opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key contacts and target accounts using email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Build and manage multi‑channel outbound campaigns and personalized follow‑up sequences.
• Generate, qualify and progress B2B leads for GlassDollar’s platform.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and join discovery calls.
• Ensure leads are well‑qualified before handover to sales.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM data.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to refine targeting, messaging and qualification standards.
• Represent GlassDollar at industry events and organize events to generate pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong outbound operator with experience identifying accounts and reaching decision‑makers.
• Lead‑generation mindset focused on speed, precision and quality.
• Sharp communicator who can personalize at scale without sounding generic.
• Commercial instinct to quickly assess prospect needs.
• Structured executor who keeps CRM data clean and follows up consistently.
• Test‑and‑improve mentality, constantly iterating outreach approaches.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data hygiene.
