Senior Manager – Global Transformation (Human)

About the role

VTG is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Global Transformation (Human) function from its Hamburg headquarters. You will translate corporate and functional strategies into measurable business outcomes, ensuring the organization is set up for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Convert company strategy into clear, actionable functional strategies and a focused transformation agenda.
• Define, prioritize and monitor initiatives of all sizes, linking each to measurable outcomes.
• Own the enterprise transformation framework, conduct regular assessments (e.g., using the 7S model), and trigger corrective actions.
• Provide strategic updates and decision‑ready insights to the Executive and Advisory Boards.
• Translate complex execution progress into a compelling narrative, highlighting impact, risks and critical decisions.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, economics, engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation or top‑tier management consulting.
• Proven track record of defining and steering strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical, systemic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Business‑fluent English.
