Senior Product Designer

About the role

Taktile is building a leading AI‑native decision platform for banks and insurers. As a Senior Product Designer you will translate complex, technical problems into clean, user‑friendly solutions and champion the voice of the user across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for a cross‑functional team, applying design thinking to technical challenges.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis and validate concepts against business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Contribute to and maintain the company Design System.
• Work with product, engineering, marketing and sales to create cohesive experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech or similarly complex domains.
• Proven ability to lead design for a product area or cross‑functional team.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing data‑heavy interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to shape problem definitions with product and engineering.
