Senior Product Designer – Remote (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own features from the first customer conversation through to production. You will work remotely within the EMEA time zone, partnering closely with engineers to design, spec, build, and ship high‑impact compliance tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end B2B SaaS features, from problem framing and spec writing to production verification.
• Maintain and evolve the component library and design patterns to keep design velocity high.
• Write specifications, manage ticketing workflow, and keep engineers unblocked without a dedicated PM.
• Build tools, prompts, and design‑QA processes that enable engineers to contribute design work.
• Participate in PR reviews and verify shipped features on staging and production.

Required profile

• 8+ years designing complex B2B SaaS desktop applications, including tables, filters, permissions, and settings pages.
• Experience as the sole or one of few designers in small (<50) teams, setting the design bar without a design org.
• Portfolio that clearly shows individual contributions, design decisions, and collaboration with engineers.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication in Slack, docs, and calls.

Required skills

• Figma (advanced, fast prototyping).
• AI/LLM tools such as Claude for idea testing and spec drafting.
• Design system creation and maintenance.
• Prototyping with real components and states.
