Senior Product Designer – Remote (Europe)

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of millions of entrepreneurs and accountants across Europe. You will join a fast‑growing fintech that aims to become the leading financial operating system for SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Define problem spaces and lead end‑to‑end design processes for B2B financial products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional squads of engineers and product managers.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to the evolution of Pennylane’s design system.
• Advise stakeholders on design decisions that balance user needs with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in fintech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work and user‑centered thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
