Senior Streetwear Designer - Remote Globally

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Streetwear Designer who lives and breathes alternative culture. This fully remote, full‑time position will have you shaping apparel collections from concept to production‑ready artwork, influencing thousands of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction of graphics and collections, from initial ideas to final production files.
• Research emerging trends in streetwear, music, tattoo art, skate culture and underground communities.
• Translate cultural movements into commercially successful apparel designs.
• Develop original graphics, garment silhouettes, print placements and collection concepts.
• Prepare production‑ready Illustrator files, colour separations and print specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Leadership on every product drop.
• Continuously evolve existing collections while introducing fresh creative directions.
• Use customer feedback, sales data and market insights to improve future collections.
• Present concepts confidently and contribute strategically to brand direction.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years designing apparel for streetwear or alternative fashion brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original graphics and commercially released collections.
• Proven experience with oversized tees, hoodies, outerwear and graphic apparel.
• Advanced knowledge of apparel production, print techniques, fabrics, trims and workflow.
• Excellent understanding of trend forecasting and consumer behaviour in streetwear.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
