Senior System Administrator & Support Engineer

About the role

As a Senior System Administrator & Support Engineer you will be at the core of eigenblue’s technical operations, keeping the office network, on‑site infrastructure and cloud environments running smoothly while providing top‑class support to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the office network, on‑site hardware and Azure cloud infrastructure, including Unifi gear, GPU workstations and laptops.
• Improve internal support processes: prioritize requests, implement short‑term fixes, resolve root causes and enhance tooling using Slack and Jira Service Desk.
• Assist project teams in deploying and operating software on modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
• Take ownership of IT security standards, ensuring compliance with SLA, ISO and TISAX requirements.
• Participate in R&D projects to expand expertise into SRE, DevOps and MLOps.

Required profile

• Completed IT training or a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in support, SRE, DevOps or IT administration with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, excellent communication skills and fluency in English (German a plus).
