About the role

Join the BMW Westlake team in Thousand Oaks as an Entry‑Level Service Technician. You will develop the expertise needed to diagnose and repair luxury vehicles, using company‑provided tools while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs correctly the first time, following manufacturer‑recommended diagnostic and repair procedures.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to customers, confirming that concerns are fully resolved.
• Seek clarification from management when repair objectives are unclear.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company, manufacturer, and regulatory policies related to vehicle service.
• Document all work in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
