Software Engineer – Workflow Solutions (Java/Kotlin/Angular/React)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design and implement workflow solutions for clients across various industries. You will work with modern technologies to build components and systems that support Green BPM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Kotlin, Angular and React.
• Guide clients through requirements analysis and process modeling with BPMN 2.0.
• Identify and adapt emerging technological trends for client projects.
• Support the creation of consulting services focused on Green BPM.

Required profile

• At least three years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Passion for workflow topics and Green IT.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English.
• Self‑reliant work ethic with a desire to learn and experiment.
