Solution Architect – AI Workforce for Procurement

About the role

As a Solution Architect at Lio, you will help the world’s largest enterprises adopt AI‑driven procurement solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, you will translate complex business challenges into technical prototypes and guide customers from initial discovery to signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for enterprise opportunities, from first conversation to deal closure.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and product evaluations with DAX and Fortune 500 customers.
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept and custom extensions that demonstrate measurable business value.
• Design scalable solutions that integrate Lio’s platform into complex enterprise environments.
• Establish trusted relationships with procurement leaders, IT architects and C‑level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer requirements into platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the enterprise sales strategy by combining technical expertise with commercial insight.

Required profile

• Enjoys combining technology with customer interaction and can present solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Comfortable building and adapting technical solutions, even without being a full‑time engineer.
• Proactive, takes ownership of deals and influences enterprise buying decisions.
• Thrives in fast‑moving environments and learns quickly across Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Curious about AI and motivated to help enterprises adopt next‑generation software.
