Solutions Consultant (German Speaking)

About the role

Synthesia is looking for a German‑speaking Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers. You will help organisations discover how AI‑generated video can improve communication, training and operational efficiency, and guide them from initial discovery to successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations and lead strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover business priorities, workflow constraints and success metrics.
• Design rollout and change‑management plans, address adoption blockers and drive enablement sessions that accelerate first‑value delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities across teams and use‑cases, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to grow strategic accounts.
• Create reusable solution playbooks, demo environments and workshop guides to improve engagement quality and scalability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in solutions consulting, management consulting, enablement or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, able to ask insightful questions and listen actively to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation and communication abilities, both in‑person and remote.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple customers and initiatives simultaneously.
• Consultative problem‑solver with a bias for action and high ownership.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with CSMs, AEs, Product, Marketing and Support teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI and enterprise technology environments.
