Application Support Engineer — Blockchain Security & AI Automation

About the role

Crypto.com is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and security of its blockchain‑based services while driving AI‑powered automation. You will work within a world‑class security team that protects millions of users and supports cutting‑edge crypto infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Guard uptime of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
• Manage pre‑production and staging environments for seamless releases.
• Lead incident triage, conduct root‑cause analysis, and oversee post‑resolution follow‑up.
• Coordinate disaster‑recovery testing, audits, and continuous improvement of monitoring tools.
• Design and implement AI/LLM‑based tools and agents to automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting.
• Research and evaluate new blockchains, DApps, and Web3 technologies for supportability.

Required profile

• Strong "support nature" mindset with a drive to investigate deep root causes.
• Proven experience in supporting complex applications.
• Hands‑on experience using AI or large language models to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
