Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a premium, personalized experience to Gucci customers. You will combine deep product knowledge with a passion for fashion to meet and exceed client expectations in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by following the Gucci selling ceremony and showcasing product heritage.
• Capture and manage meaningful client data using the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain an accurate, organized client book and conduct regular follow‑ups.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high‑quality service.
• Uphold store security standards and safeguard merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Gucci standards.
• Keep stock and under‑stock areas tidy and well‑organized.
• Adhere to all Gucci image guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI goals.
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
