About the role
Verdane is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior investment professionals across its German operations and other senior team members worldwide. The role is central to ensuring that executives can focus on deal execution while the assistant handles all logistical and coordination tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, presentations and documents to a professional standard.
- Serve as the first point of contact, screening calls and communications on behalf of senior staff.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, materials and follow‑up actions.
- Support deal‑related administration, handling document management and liaising with legal and finance teams.
- Process expense reports and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Assist with planning local team off‑sites and social events.
- Liaise with Verdane offices across Europe to facilitate cross‑border coordination.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in an international, fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Professional communication style and calm, solution‑oriented approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Effective prioritisation and time‑management under pressure.
