About the role
We are a fast‑growing spatial‑intelligence startup building technology that turns images into interactive, queryable representations of reality. As our first Founding Talent Partner, you will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute a talent strategy that scales the organization from 10 to 100 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Build the talent function from the ground up, defining hiring processes that are fast, founder‑friendly, and candidate‑centric.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and commercial teams.
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and business roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
- Develop sourcing strategies for highly competitive talent markets and create employer‑branding initiatives.
- Implement tools, systems, and operating rhythms needed to scale recruiting operations.
- Build talent pipelines ahead of hiring demand and help shape company culture through each hire.
Required profile
- Proven experience scaling teams in a startup or scale‑up environment.
- Hands‑on recruiting capability across both technical and commercial functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering directly with founders and senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently without large support functions.
- Builder mindset with a strong sense of ownership and excitement about growing a company from 10 to 100 people.
Required skills
- Experience with modern sourcing platforms such as Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Metaview, HireEZ, SeekOut or similar.
- Deep understanding of AI‑powered recruiting workflows and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, talent mapping, interview processes, and recruiting operations.
