Full-Stack Developer (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Developer to join our Hamburg team, working on cloud‑based solutions that help logistics companies track and reduce greenhouse‑gas emissions. The role involves building new features, integrating AI capabilities, and improving existing codebases across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using PHP, preferably with Symfony or Laravel.
• Design and optimise relational database schemas in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product owners to define AI‑enhanced features such as LLM APIs, automation agents, and workflow tools.
• Contribute to agile software projects for customers in shipping, freight forwarding and port operations.
• Write clear technical documentation in English and ensure code quality through automated testing and version control.
• Support continuous improvement of development workflows, including AI‑assisted tooling.

Required profile

• Experience with AI‑assisted software development and a strong interest in integrating AI into products.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and pragmatic implementation.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and collaborate in an international team.
