ITS Support Associate II – IT Services

About the role

Amazon’s IT Services team is looking for a passionate ITS Support Associate II to deliver on‑site technical assistance to corporate employees worldwide. You will ensure uninterrupted productivity by providing fast, reliable hardware and software support in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, hands‑on support for hardware, software and IT peripherals, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Document procedures, actions and deviations to contribute to global service improvements.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, peers and internal teams through multiple channels to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Prepare hardware, manage IT asset inventories, track usage and conduct audits.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and Amazon employees.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
