Multilingual Customer Service Agent (French/Italian/English) – Chat Support

About the role

Join Concentrix in Berlin as a multilingual Customer Service Agent handling chat and email inquiries in French, Italian and English. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account, subscription, billing and technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer requests via email and live chat.
• Provide support on account management, subscriptions, billing and product queries.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French (minimum C1) and strong command of Italian and English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Computer and technical proficiency (general).
